Did pretty well but ate lunch at Baekerie in Telkwa and so had a huge bowl of awesome bean soup and two pieces of their awesome bread. Mmmm.
149.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
