Weight hasn't budged after I lost my first 20 lbs in 3 weeks. Really frustrating and disappointing. I watch my food values carefully and consume merely a third of my calorie allowance...wonder where I'm going wrong. Has anyone had a similar experience? Any ideas, suggestions?
220.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Could be not enough calories

stagger your calorie amounts daily so your body doesnt adjust to the same calories everyday. Total number of calories over the few days should total your amount set. But I agree that one third of your calorie allotment is not enough.
