Yesterday I was 132.5 so I knew I absolutely needed to get a grip-it upset me. Tonight is our last "event", although I feel so strung out with this bad cold,this one has been the worst I've had in years. I def need to get back to the weight watchers approach which worked very well for me--and cut alcohol which I have been doing. I feel good getting back to the program--I am done with sweets for now--want to eat lots of veggies and soup. That's my kick off. I'm going for 125 in the new year.
