Er... seems to be rather a sharp drop in weight, had to weight myself 3 times to make sure it's correct, but that's what the scales are saying! 18.12 stone = 253.68 pounds according to Google anyhow.
I'm thinking that maybe because I put this weight on rather rapidly (18.4 stone to 19.9 in just over a month), it could have been water / poor diet that was causing the pounds to pile on, maybe things are just.. evening out now?
