gained weight, so the opposite of what I want to be doing. my first day back at the gym today, as well as back on my diet. cutting out animal fat and reducing my overall calories!
197.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
