I'm not sure that this increase is really significant, but I'd like to record it anyway. Done just this morning before breakfast and after a shower and a trip to the restroom. Ahem.
318.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
