I'm slightly concerned about this weightloss. I don't want to reward disordered eating habits, and I don't think I look thinner or healthier. I need to put my emphasis on exercise and nutritional goals like eating vegetables and proteins.
238.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 56.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week
