:( just tired. physically, emotionally, mentally! time for work to end and holiday, rest and recovery to start.

I start an "adventure" on sleekgeek from tomorrow, which should hopefully keep my motivated, clean and active for the next 4 weeks... i am determined to not be heavier in january than i am right now. nothing fits, my totally unsexy suck-in-the-belly-broeks are cutting off circulation and even my wedding ring doesnt fit any more...

come on 2017! bring me a better year than you gave me the last 2 years.
