Yikes! Went into autopilot and polished off the last of the bag of dried fruit. I know it had lots of good nutrients and everything, but also lots of calories! However, when I thought of it later, it was really only 1.5 cups of dried fruit, and not the complete binge I had perceived it to be. At the end of the day, it's just food, and doesn't reflect on my poor moral character. :)
251.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 51.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
