1406 kcal Fat: 31.64g | Prot: 94.47g | Carb: 202.03g.   Breakfast: Ground Flax Seed, Quinoa Flakes, 100% Liquid Egg Whites. Lunch: cucumber, food for life sprouted bread, tomato, chicken breast meat. Dinner: Brown Rice (Frozen), Just Chicken White Meat Chicken, Cooked Broccoli (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other: Pure Almond Milk - Original, Bananas , Raw Protein, lundberg brown rice cakes no sodium,  natural peanut butter, raw almonds, raisins. more...
