the slight dip by 0.5 lbs compared to last measurement could be attributed to a lighter shirt. But in general, I have been close to perfect. A couple of bummers - could not squeeze in racquetball this week (not my fault), and second, I finally had a bit of a weak moment last night and had four kaju katli pieces.
171.5 lb Lost so far: 14.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
