good the weight is going down but I had a terrible 2 weeks....

193.8 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb. Still to go: 8.6 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 0.3 lb a week

Sorry that the last 2 weeks haven't been good, and I hope you've got better times ahead, but seems like you've just proved even terrible times can't stop you and you should be proud.
