So i'm down a little over three pounds this week. I was hoping for a little more but I cheated a little bit this weekend so I guess I shouldn't be surprised!

Just keep swimming... :)
151.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 26.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
