Kinda like restarting. Have gained significant weight back during quitting smoking. Feel like a yo-yo again. Need to reduce weight without going back to smoking.
312.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 112.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
