Slowly receding but it's a challenge
229.3 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 30.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.1 lb a week

I lost 30 lbs with this app a couple of years ago. A low carb relatively low fat approach keeps you in ketosis so you aren't as hungry. I found any sugars such as orange juice made me hungry again. In addition I think I found an interesting diet aid. Freeze dried vegetables. See my comment a post or two above
