Back on the right track. Still not being perfect. Constantly craving things I should have, but slowly learning to resist. Bought some fresh fruit to help with snacking.
309.4 lb Lost so far: 65.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.6 lb a week
