Yay! Down 1.5 lbs this week! I didn't think it was going to happen! I have been eating sooo much food I thought there was no way. :) Apparently everyone on Atkins.com is right! :)
147.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
