Started a lowering calorie diet. To lose 35 lbs in 5 months I will start off with eating under 1700 calories a day and slowly work my way down to just under 1500 calories a day.
207.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 37.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
