To many snacks while picketing last night (pizza, cake, doughnuts, etc....)

Hope I can get rid of this extra weight soon!!!!


Gotta say no to the snacks!!!

More walking less eating!!!
227.0 lb Lost so far: 47.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 16.8 lb a week

A very unfair and insulting labor agreement between the Union and Company.

Try drinking lots of water and green tea. Cranberry tea is great for excess water weight too. I'm sure you didn't eat enough to gain 2lbs overweight. It's just fluid from the extra sodium. Good luck!

@PrettyMetty: been working on the water today along with 4.6 miles walking with my wife. Trying to not over eat today.
