wouldn't call it a great weekend. Had several weak moments with smores, forro roches. Ragada patties on Friday night. But the good part was yoga on Saturday, no breakfast at all and I think most significant, almost no rice throughout the weekend.
173.3 lb Lost so far: 12.7 lb.    Still to go: 8.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
