It was a weekend of company, which meant having a beer in the pub and cooking a large supper that was capped off with port and dark chocolate. Long story short, I went above my calories. But I also moved more while they were there (Just Dance is so much fun!) and had a lovely time. While the numbers were down this morning, I suspect I have just yet to see the impact on the scale. It's Monday morning though, and everything is back on track.
253.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 52.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
