This week I will log food again. I'm getting closer to goal weight - I have had a few days of mindless snacking again and don't want to fall into that same trap again.I weighed myself yesterday and was so happy with results bit last night before bed I polished off a ton on " veggie chips" and a couple spoonfuls of almond butter... This morning I'm soda at myself. So this week.... I'm careful
