well it was 209.8 a few days ago. I'm back to craving sandwiches instead of fruit and veggies and not working out biggest problem? Night time snacking.

Today, coffee, cracker, poblano cheese on whole grain, no snack, roast, gnocchi, lite caesar salad. Just 1 Southern comfort/rocks

Went to bed earlier (10:30) and No Snack!
208.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 83.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
