Day 7 - Took yesterday off, worked in the backyard for about 2 hours today, Sunday. Got the pedometer working, feel good about all I've done this week. Major accomplishment today - went to McDonald's for breakfast - after a trip to Walmart for weed sprayer. Got the 2 breakfast burrito meal - and when I logged it in I discovered it was going to use up 47% of my calories. Not a good thing, so...after evaluating which was worse, the burrito or the hash brown, I decided to eat the hash brown, less total calories. Ate about half, and threw the rest away - just too greasy. Took the second burrito home - will reheat and eat it tomorrow, maybe.
