I made a huge pot of veggie soup, very low calorie. I'm gonna be eating that up. I'm away this weekend, I need to be careful, as I tend to eat to much when I'm not home.
333.4 lb Lost so far: 77.6 lb.    Still to go: 53.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
