So disappointed with myself. I had a terrible few days and completely fell off the wagon (pizza cake and alcohol) but now I feel more determined than ever. And to kick it off in style I shall go for a jog.

Try not to be disappointed, you have still lost 2 pounds, not gained. You have lost quite a bit of weight overall. Glad you feel determined and hope you enjoy your jog

If eating pizza and drinking does that, then I'd better start drinking and eating pizza.

That's a great loss, especially with your 'fall from grace'. However, if you are dieting over a lengthy period, I tend to think that the odd fall is necessary. It's incredibly difficult, if not impossible, to keep up a weight loss diet for extended periods and keep your sanity without them. Honestly, once in a while is to be encouraged or one can get a little one-track-minded and that's not good for you. I had a big one at the weekend and I refuse to feel guilty about it as I had a fantastic time (except for the hangie) and enjoyed myself immensely with my family. Slough it off and go forward with chins held high!
