By some miracle, I have stayed the same weight. Actually, my pts were pretty good, but I only exercised once this week, so I thought for sure I would be up after eating like a porker over the weekend (which I plan to do again this weekend!) Oh well, happy and will keep at it! As I mentioned before, I'm going to start weighing in on Thurs mornings.
also, i would do anything for a skinny cow right now... (except actually get up to the store and get one)
