The past few weeks, I've entered each weekend below 150 and had 150 or over on Monday. Last week (Halloween!), I entered at 150, and am now at 153.8, so I am back to journaling and being serious about this. We're hosting a party this weekend, and then my daughter and I are driving across country to move her to LA, so this week is the last sane one for a while.

On the fun side, I've starting taking aerial silk classes, and even though I'm the worst in the class, every session I do more. It's fun, and I may even get some upper body strength for the first time in my life!!

153.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.6 lb a week

That's one reason I like to weigh in only on 1 day a week (Monday for me). There are days we eat more than others, so the week as a whole will be a roller coaster. Weighing in 1 day a week, hopefully I will only see the drop of the coaster :-) Don't sweat the few pounds. You got this!
