What a disastrous month! Good riddance to October! Yo -yoing, binging, emotional eating, too much drinking!
November is a new month though -a fresh start! Only 7 weeks to Christmas. So i've set a realistic goal of 8 kilos in 7 weeks. Will need to stay focused and smash the gym as much as possible but it is EASILY doable!
