I didn't excise all week and the weekend. I was too busy. I though I ate pretty good, but my weight says another. I eat at home when I know I am not hungry in the evening. I can't go walking nor jogging in the evening on the week days. I watch my grandkids and their mother comes home around 9pm. So, the only days I have to go jogging or hiking is on a weekend. I know that is not acceptable. I think I will try to go walking with the grandkids on the week days. I have to do something. I have to limit or do portion size again to drop this weight. My pants is getting tight..man...
185.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
