alhamdulillah for the excellent response. just tweaked my diet. I wasn't even on a serious diet. hope it works for the rest of the journey insha Allah, ameen
158.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
