Not too bad considering we went away for the weekend. Doing a 1600 calorie intake daily. Eating a lot of fruit and veggies and small portions of meats. Trying to eat fish 2 times a week. Have developed a liking for Salmon which I never liked. Helps that I'm doing it with my daughter who had two babies in two years. She's doing well also on the same eating plan.
193.6 lb Lost so far: 1.9 lb.    Still to go: 43.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week
