Daily weigh-ins, when I can. As I weigh less, I will have to move more to lose the same amount of weight (e.g. about 1 lbs every 4.5 days).
166.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 41.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
