Alright kids,I'm back on the weight loss train!! It'sgoing to be challenging though,I do workout DVDs at home, and my DVD player is broken. So I'm not sure yet what I"m going to do for excercise. But I'm giving up soda, and I'm eating better, starting today! My motivation you may ask?
I want to participate in Ray's Run (raysrun.org) in May. ALSO!!!! I'm going on a cruise in June. I want to lose 50-60 pounds by then. I'll be 150-160 and that would be awesome! So I'll have to lose at least 10 pounds a month. Wish me luck! I have a super active 16 month old. Plus I work, so it's hard to get motivated to do anything. Let alone work out!
