174.7 lb Lost so far: 23.7 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

No doing alright , Birthday meal out late Fri, 10oz Blue Steak yummeee but added to my morning weight :) Still not like I've put on fat weight just added ballast so to say. Anyhow as you know my weights reported here are a day behind (due to sync periods) .. I'm 78.2 Sunday morning so 200grams loss not bad for beer, scampi and Steak Friday night.
