So far I have lost 5lbs since officially starting my diet even though I am not always following it properly. My blood sugar was elevated and my Primary physician told me to go on the Ketogenic Diet. My brother has been doing the diet for years. I have had a large weight gain over the past year and half due to new job and bad habits. Looking to get back to a healthy weight.
221.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 86.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

1646 kcal Fat: 95.31g | Prot: 111.67g | Carb: 74.24g.   Breakfast: Trader Joe's Clarified Butter (Ghee), Bacon (Cured, Baked, Cooked), Fried Egg, Coffee with Milk, Food Lion Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese. Lunch: Great Value Green Olives with Pimento, Aged Asiago Cheese, Skinless Chicken Breast, Athenos Natural Crumbled Feta Cheese, Great Value Romaine Lettuce, Caesar Salad Dressing. Dinner: Sara Lee Classic Dinner Rolls, Baked or Fried Coated Chicken Drumstick with Skin (Skin/Coating Eaten). Snacks/Other: Wegmans Honey Nut & Seed Crunch. more...
