Very pleased. This weekend hasn't been the best for following the ol' diet. But the week started out with a very good Sunday long run and sufficient time to get in quality workouts yesterday. Even today was good. Tomorrow is a "rest" day, which means a nice walk early in the morning and some light strength training in the afternoon.
I've got lab work in about a week or so, those are "the numbers" which are truly going to matter.
