Back on the Wagon's Journal, 01 November 2007

I had a birthday party over the weekend. I wish I was one of those people who could eat whatever the wanted. It is very frustrating when I workout at night, and I gain, not lose. I thought I was eating enough so that I was not starving myself, but I guess not.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.9 lb a week
