Kind of at a plateau right now. Mostly because of a handful of days where exercise was not possible (recovering from some dental procedures). Makes diet difficult to follow, too. But I'm not worrying much because at least there's no weight gain.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
