Have not really be following my diet, and a little afraid of gaining weight back. My son is now here and going to try and loose his belly = not a big guy, but getting rounder. Glad he is gonna work on it and is back to the gym.
But as for me, shopping yesterday had healthy stuff in my cart and Christmas sugar cookies are nearly gone. My weight was actually yesterday just before stepping in the shower = true weight - no clothes.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
