Weekly weigh in: I eeeked out another half pound.......This week will be even more difficult as I have to lay off the veggies and salads due to stomach problems.....Switching over to whole grain bread to fill in for the the salads and veggies, and will add more lite proteins. I feel like I am fighting a war!!!!!
158.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week

You are right, it is all out WAR!! Keep the perspective of what and why you are fighting. Know that you aren't fighting for the scales, but for you, your health and because YOU CAN! :)

In reviewing my past foods I see that I had 1 can of garbanzo beans over the past week, and quite a few servings of edemame. I think these are the "killers" of my stomach. I was hoping to spruce up my diet with these veggies/proteins, but I have to go back to simpler things like tom. juice, string beans; much less fiberous foods. I guess I will have to see how that goes.....
