Waiting out the plateau is the worst part of dieting. I am not going to go on another diet...I am simply changing to a healthier way of eating. I have decided I don't eat enough fruits - although most fruits raise my blood sugar level tremendously, I will find the right mix and stick to it. Fruit, nuts and healthy fats along with my less complex carbs might do the trick.
