Day 2 went well although had cravings a couple of times. After dinner caved in a bit and had an Atkins bar for dessert/snack. Technically allowed but still those guilt pangs... I guess I will see on the scales in the morning.
133.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
