Started Carb Cycle and it seems to be working.

139.1 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Awesome!!!! Carb cycling is a very effective method to shred bodyfat and you just got to love those high carb days :D

Thank you Big Boy I only had two High carb days so far, However the low carb days don't bother me so much. I am just not one for banting as I don't like high fat and I want my bowl of pasta now and again.
