Today is the first day of the rest of my life. Isn't that how the saying goes. I have been reading about how to psychologically win my goals. So today I have decided HOW MUCH I want to lose by WHEN.

I want to lose 40 pounds by May 24th, 2012. that is my 16th anniversary.

Last year my unwritten down goal was to become more active. I did go camping twice in the summer and made some other trips but it wasn't quite what I meant when I made the goal.

This year I want to lose weight. According to the internet gods, the best way to insure that I meet that goal is to state how much by when.

I also want to read a lot this year. To that end i am using Good reads to track my reading history.

I also want to try and spend less money and pay off more debt. i also want to try and earn some money that will also go towards that goal.
