Well, a happy weekend to our community! It is excellent weather this time of the year. With the rest, I have taken, I feel no discomfort in my knee, whatsoever. Everything is finished with the house loan, and look forward to attending the Fair tomorrow, and watching the Rams vs Bucs. I will try and be fasting up to my buffet tomorrow. I feel, I am near 30 year lows in weight right now. Everyone, have a great weekend!

have a great weekend Easy on the all you can eat, hope the knee heals up good enough for a run soon. Would a bike do you any good at all? If you raise the seat really high so that your tippie toes are barely on the ground its pretty easy on the knees. I do understand at 6'7 it may be hard to find a bike that will allow that.

Oh Zak, I have a Cannondale with flat tires. I thought it was expensive for a used bike, but it fits my extended frame. You know I am 6' 7" tall. I'm 65 years old, and I would hate to take a fall, but I have thoughts of firing it up again.

Warren. I understand your thoughts on a fall. I bet that the cannondale would go for a pretty penny on craigslist or ebay and they have stationary bikes that are suitable for vertically blessed individuals that play or played football and basketball etc like yourself. maybe that would help get the body back in motion? Just tossing around ideas my friend. I had issues with my back and legs (nerve damage etc.) The more I healed up the more active I became and now the lighter I get the more I can push it. You may recognize this guy, he is my inspiration. http://www.starwipe.com/article/old-unnervingly-muscular-guy-gym-turns-out-be-jk-s-3096

Oh yea, the Law and Order guy. My wife loves that show, and it is stuck all over my TIVO. She dominates my TV. lol I am glad you mentioned the biking. I am going to get it fixed so I can ride it to my favorite restaurant. We have a huge bike path near my house. Do I have to buy all those skin tight outfits?????LOL
