Haven't been good. I don't know why. Really, if I had just continued eating well and excercising every day since I began this journey here, I'd be well on my way to my goal. Maybe even there. Instead I'm starting back at nearly square one. So frustrating. But, I'm working out again everyday and going to write down what I eat. Too many munchies here and there with no regard to calories. I would like to reach 20 lbs gone by my birthday. (Dare I guess goal weight here?) I'd like to but don't want to be unrealistic.
