I just found this and I love it. I just got diagnosed with diabetes and my thyroid isn't working right. I also have copd which causes breathing difficulties. I am just learning how to lower my blood sugars when I got a lung infection. The doctor put me in the hospital and gave me steroids and I learned that the steroids make it difficult to control my sugar. I went from no medicine for my sugar to having to take 5 insulin injections a day until it all calms down. So my goal lose weight and lower my a1c and get my lungs healthy.
270.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 125.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
