I started fasting 16+8 a few days ago. My weight has started to drop and my blood glucose and ketones are looking much better already.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 127.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.5 lb a week
