Today,is January first and like all people struggling with weight issues I wanted to do a resolution to lose weight. But, I stopped myself from this idea early on in November when I was thinking about waiting to do any big challenge till new year. So, I instead went out and got myself into a gym even before chrismas for my early christmas present. I shopped mostly in the health food section and even my junkiest of junkfood cravings was bought there so as to add more nutrition or less yuck and more natural ingreadients into my body. I am on a medication to help with weightloss that incidently clears my mind and makes me focus.lol I guess udiagnosed add was a great discovery.I don't take it all of the time because it keeps me up all night sometimes. I have been working out but I was afraid to do one big workout like all on tredmill or what have you. So I broke it up into a bunch of mini work outs that span for an hour all though one day I stayed for almost 3hrs. It is zumba warm up like merringe hip hop, tredmill time, eliptical time, bike time, then exercise ball I love love love this inclusion in working out. I stretch on it I do my 160 to 200 crunches on it and I do deep like squat exercises laying down.lolz Lazy sounding right? I then go into the big boy area and do at least 4 machines for arms I'm more on reps than weight right now. I tried the thigh maching but I just don't think I'm doing it right. But I have lost a significant amount of weight in 3 months and thighs and bra's have gotten smaller and thighs need toning. So, my mission is to do more toning after all the cardio and MANDITORY crunches!!! ha ha. I am loving it. I love that my family that take my son when I work out and my son can be subdued with donuts and redbull so that I can have time to myself to drink a smartwater and kick my own toosh in a gym.
357.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 177.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
